    A refund is offered on purchased items that are returned to me in original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.

    Please note that the buyer is responsible for the original postage costs and the return postage costs.

    Refunds will be made to the original payment card within 7 days of receiving the returned item undamaged.

    Orders are despatched within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of order.
